This shift ultimately inspired me to pursue my second career as a mesologist. The Academy for Mesology is a five-year higher professional education (HBO-level) program in Amsterdam. Mesologists are required to practice according to established guidelines and regularly participate in continuing education.
Certified mesologists are registered with organizations that uphold the highest standards of quality, accountability, safety, and professionalism in the field of mesology:

• NVVM (Association for Mesologists)
• VBAG (Association for the Advancement of Alternative Medicine)
• RBCZ (Register for Practitioners in Complementary Medicine

Since 2022, I have been practicing as a mesologist in Amsterdam, focusing on helping patients manage high levels of stress or unresolved health issues that have not been addressed effectively through conventional medicine.
My approach involves conducting indepth analyses to identify the root causes of health challenges and creating tailored solutions by optimizing nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

My mission is to empower patients to achieve lasting balance and vitality in their lives. I’m thrilled to have recently opened my practice in
Amsterdam, where I continue to focus on providing holistic, patient-centered care to promote health and well-bein.
